Directions

Keep frozen. Mediterranean Style Pasta Dish: In a large sauté pan heat 2 tbsp of olive oil, add 1 Tbsp each chopped garlic and shallots, cook until shallots are soft, add 2oz of white wine, 2 tsp red pepper flakes and 1/2 pint of halved cherry tomatoes, cook until tomatoes are soft, add 1 pack PanaPesca Mediterranean Mix. Cover and simmer for 4/5 minutes until the shells are open, add 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley, toss and serve over 6oz of cooked linguine. Prepare in your favorite seafood recipes. Keep frozen until use.
